Hi everyone,
I am looking into updating my tech gear and would like to have some feedback!
Phone: S8 Plus. I like the Note but I am not sure if it's worth waiting for. I am also thinking about the new Google phone.
Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab. I would only be using this for work (emails, music, and communication (slack)). So I am not sure if this is overkill or not. I haven't bought a tablet in over 5 years so any suggestions would be useful here.
Computer:
- iMac for music production and iOS development
- Custom (4k, VR-ready) PC for Ubuntu dual boot with Windows 10.
Laptop:
- Need a suggestion for this. I would prefer to have 4k screen HOWEVER it's not important since I will have a 4k monitor for my PC. Just need a mid to high-end laptop (i5 - i7 processor).
Xbox:
- Xbox 1 S for current 4k support. Nothing is more frustrated then playing Fallout 4 with HDR enabled and it's lagging the whole time.
- Xbox 1 X for next gen gaming.

Money is not an issue, however, I would prefer to NOT spend a lot of money if I can get something cheaper.

I would say get a new tablet, I find myself using my tablet a lot for Netflix and general entertainment, and for that you need a nice big screen with a good resolution.
I would say consider the new iPad Pro (the larger size one) or if you prefer android check out one of Samsungs higher end tablets
