Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need an operating system?yea
What will you use the PC for?
Mainly only for gaming looking to play 1080p 60fps in new triple a games and some future one coming out. But i'll manily be playing MMORPG like Black Desert Online, Blade and soul and Tera and other games like PUBGS and Doom

Get your OS for free, or for <$30 from Kinguin, G2A, or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap. Grab any cheap kb/mouse combo for now. RX 580 is a palceholder, they're impossible to find at reasonable prices right now due to cryptocurrency miners. 6GB GTX 1060 is a good alternative, but I've included a Freesync monitor, and a 580 would be better anyway so you should really try to get an RX 580 if possible. GTX 1060s are also pretty hard to find right now anyway so you might be waiting a while to get any mid ranged GPU.
