Having a issue where I spoof to the gamer tag of the customer and then load try to load bo2 but every 2 mins it keeps kicking to the main menu every time
Any help with this please ?

he has to be on the dashboard / xbox one home, in order for you to do it other wise it'll constantly kick you off the account.

They are online at the same time as you.

Sounds more like someone pissed you off in an online game than a customer recovery to me.

Like chat just said, tell them to go dashboard or get them to quit the app if they are on Xbox one
