As you approach infinity, a single digit (e.g. 1-9) appears more and more.
In a limit, this means that as you approach infinity a single number appears more and more times.
Eventually, it will approach 100%. However this works for all numbers, and is true for all numbers, but each number individually will become present in 100% of the numbers.
For example, the number 4. From 1 to 10 it appears once at 4, so 1/10 or 10%. From 1 - 100 it appears many more times; 4, 14, 24, 34, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 54, 64, 74, 84, 94. That's 20/100 or 20% (you count both 4's in 44).
So right there we can see that the single digit 4 occurred more often as we approached bigger numbers. You continue this pattern to infinity, and the 20% becomes 100%, and every number contains 4. Of course, this works for any number 1-9, and is mathematically accurate for all of them.
