So the original drive is broken there is hair all over the inside of the drive, so I got a replacement drive chilling around so I plugged it in and tested it, it just goes back to dash. I understand I gotta do something with the keys but I couldn't find anything on the internet, anyone have an idea?

We have all the tools at the shop. From what I read, people say you need to spoof something and some said you need to flash an updated nand with the same key written.

You need to be more specific of what type of console your talking about. As each drive is different!
