Every other program on my PC works just fine, but steam is running mad slow for some reason and i cant figure it out. Like when i hover over something it takes like 2-3 seconds for it to show im hovering over it, and then another 5 seconds for it to actually load.

I'm yet to face this problem. Do a speed test, and check for viruses maybe?
