So to start I have never subscribed to this channel nor seen a video by it before; after watching the video and checking I am still not subscribed or anything

This video came up in my Youtube notifications saying it had just been uploaded; i have no idea what it means or what it is
I can only assume Youtube glitched out or something and for some reason gave me the notification but its freaky non the less.
Anyone know what it is or means, any context because I feel spooked about it. This is the stuff nightmares are made of... Like freaked me out.
