does download,upload, or latency matter most for speed when online shopping? Turning to a VPN and figuring out which vpn with the highest speed for either download,upload, or latency is best for online shopping. asking cause im shopping for limited edition things that will sell out fast so will need a fast VPN to work with my bot to get these fast to sell out items. i know download or upload needs to be fast for gaming but of the three (download,upload, or latency) which matters most for online shopping speed

Just as long as the host of the website is fast, it really doesn't matter on what speed the vpn/proxy is just as long as it's over 5 Mb/s you should be fine from what I believe.
