Well to be completely honest, it's not the kind of pc unless you are looking to record all games at their maximum settings to look slightly better in a youtube video, in that case you'll need a pretty beefy computer so long as you have the budget for it too, you can get a capture card which helps but most software nowadays like Open Broadcaster Software is really good for recording on screen audio. But there is tons of options out there to suit your needs.
