Found this site when I googled if it was possible to mod Xbox one game saves in which I found nothing but this site seems pretty cool and usfull.

Next gen modding isn't possible unless it's transferrable through the Xbox One backwards compatiblity system although you would still use the Xbox 360 as the modded device in that instance. I have a feeling modding on next gen will come around in the next few years so this is the site you want to be at when that happens
