I see a ton of posts about modding console, but does anyone know if it's possible to do it on PC?

I'm basically looking for someone to give me max prestige, but wondering if anyone actually mods it for PC.

sorry man but i couldent all u can do is gsc and u cant go online with that becuz there isnt a host there is a server so u cant force host and ur game crashes
