i am trying to buy gold for people and trying to use stripe and everytime i add my card details and billing address it always says about cant add your card at this time and using paypal to buy gold is emptying my bank account please help if possible thanks

Contact Stripe Support or maybe contact telli about this situation. Maybe he could sort the problem out because I had that problem with Stripe and telli helped me out with the problem.
