It should come with the mod menus plus games but don't know where to buy from

You cannot get a preloaded RGH due to site rules.

You're unable to purchase a console that has pre-installed games, although sellers will Provide you with xex, dashlaunch, freestyle dash, etc and everything you need to get online ( plugin wise ) - XBDM.xex, you will need to download / install games yourself, it's against rules to sell consoles with GAMES pre-installed as this is fraud.

I couldn't agree more, these two sellers are ancient and know exactly what they're doing, constant support and help no matter what, even after console arrival they'll do their best to help you with any issue or question you have.
