There isn't really a console to "start off " on. Get a Falcon if you're low on cash.
I'd suggest a Trinity or Jasper.

All of the modded consoles will do the same thing so there is no starting console, but I would recommend a trinity or a jasper, and depending where your from there are plenty of great sellers on here such as Rodent and Streamah from US and Monoxide and Timo from the UK, check out their shops you won't be disappointed.
