Once my most hated bodypart to train now are one of my favourite, I am training legs today usually do them twice a week.

I usually change my split every month but this month its the LPP split (bro split).

Last month I tried chest back , arms , legs and really liked it aswell.


So what are you training today?

I switch up my split every week, train my weakest muscles twice as much and it all depends how I'm feeling. Can't let your body get used to anything if you want to see some gains.

I am going to the gym and trying a routine that Steve Cook showed on his channel!




It will consist of biceps, triceps, traps, and then doing some abs also. Looked like a killer workout!

I bench or do arms twice a week to get them stronger.
