i sat in the shoutbox for a week without sleeping once

yesterday I set a new record of 2 days.

It amazes me that people can go days without sleeping, It's something that I will never be able to do now more than ever since I'm older. When I was younger the best I could do was like 26 hours

Struggles of insomnia lol

I actually suffer from Insomnia since a young age and going 1 or 2 days without sleeping isn't uncommon. The longest I went without sleep was mid 2014 and that was 4 days; almost 5 days. I've been on sleeping pills since I was 16 and during 2013-2014 I was heavily abusing my sleeping pills where I would run out quickly and wouldn't be prescribed anymore until my next refill date. At the time I went almost 5 days without sleeping I was out of sleeping pills and stressed out about other things in my life; I could not fall asleep at all no matter what I tried and by the 3rd day I felt like I was a complete zombie. Everything felt slow and sluggish and I honestly felt I had left my body. My body finally gave out and I slept for 20 something hours. I haven't been on sleeping pills since 2015 and there were times I would still go a day or two without sleeping but I wasn't as stressed as I was the previous year. Now I can just drink my ass to sleep and get like 16+ hours of sleep a day no problem lol

4 days was my longest, My sobriety may have been questionable tho.

I would say 48 hours

Back when MW2 came out

A little under 3 days. It was a Double XP weekend on the original Black Ops, grinded the shit out of it.

Not sure how you guys can stand to stay up that long.
I struggle staying up 24 hours, i literally feel like i could die lol.
