well I do think one thing they shouldn't be able to ban us because we paid for something we may no longer get

Sure, it would be good to not pay for xbox live! however, its not even expensive in the slightest! 40 for a whole year, gold on here is more than that, and xbox live is better than gold on here ! plus game prices would go up, the console its self would go up! so, i dissagree, no Xbox live should NOT be free!

If Xbox live was free, no one would play ps3!

when you make your acoount you agree to terms and conditions! thats why they can ban you, dont break the rules, dont get banned simples! 18 secs in

Yes as people will still buy msp and stuff but membership should be free
