Is there something automated that creates new accounts for you when you have an rgh or jtag or tool that will create a new account for you or do you just have to make one yourself?

You make your own new one. Takes around 5 min if you use outlook. It's simple and fast

Unfortunately, captcha codes would eliminate that possibility.

Like chat said, use a temp email service like 10 minute mail.

No need to go through all the creating an account bullshit
