Free good antivirus?Posted:

So I'm using Avast and malwarebytes.
Are there any good free alternatives? That are quick at scanning and dont use a lot of cpu.

I just use windows defender, do you not have it ?

Of course i do , you can't uninstall it.. only stop it. Should i uninstall avast??

shouldn' really have more than one, although Avast is very good, aswell as malwarebytes

There's also one called BullDog,which I think you can get a trial? but it's also a really good antivirus.

True but their different. Malwarebytes is specifically for malware and doesnt really do anything for viruses. antiviruses usually only handle viruses but not malware but some do.

Used 360 Total Security for a few years now, never had an issue with it.
