Therefor I sold the console to another customer, just before you managed to sort your payment out.

I do not see how a seller can be a time waster? All sellers state please have funds when ready to purchase.
If you had a issues with payment then you need to be able to work with the seller and keep in touch with seller at all times if you are a serious buyer

Hopefully you and the seller can work this out and th seller can get your console to you asap!
