So its time for my main PC to be built, its very outdated. Looking to spend 1500$ usd
I do not need keyboard or mouse but would like a new and upgraded monitor.
PC will be used for gaming, gaming, and more gaming. Playing the newest titles.
Will be overclocked. And i would preferably want an AIO water cooling system
Color Scheme: No prefrence
No OS
Would like to use the storage setup from my old comp

Little bit left to play with so you can spend a bit more on the GPU if you want a GTX 1070 with a backplate or something. The Zotac 1070 is a steal at $350 though. You can add LEDs if you want. SLI support so you can add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point.

awesome build. what would be the benifit of going with a 1070 with a backplate??

Backplates are purely aesthetic. It'll make little to no difference in performance. I personally won't buy a GPU without a backplate but a lot of people don't care about it.
