A couple years ago I had the hardest battle of my life. I had the battle against depressing which turned into suicide attempts not shortly after. Through this battle I had I met a few friends along that way and a girlfriend who tried to help get me past what was going on in my life at that particular time, but being the stubborn person I wasn't I never let anyone help me I just pushed them all away. When I pushed everyone away I failed to notice what it was doing to those important people in my life and it's sad to say this but I never noticed the damage it caused until my girlfriend committed suicide. After she killed herself with an overdose of prescription drugs I started to realize how bad my situation was and how I needed to change and get help fast before someone else committed suicide because of me. With the help of psychiatrists, my family and friends who never left me I finally got better after a year and a half of therapy, but one thing that will never leave my mind is what I did to the girl that loved me no matter what I was going through. Anyways guys I just wanted to celebrate being sober and clean from all that.
Also a little side note I'm now apart of the US Army and I'm training to become a Combat Medic. I'm currently CPR Certified and I get State Certified Friday! I've made a huge jump in these last 2 years.

I wasn't suicidal over a girl man. I was suicidal before that just having her kill her self over me being an asshole at the time ramped up my desire to die.

It's a tough battle indeed my man and with anxiety and depression I can understand that tough battle but I believe in you man. I'm pretty sure your a great person and if need be find a bf/gf it helps with the depression but anxiety I'm not to sure about because paranoia might kick in with overthinking of things. Just stay focused and if need be as well don't be scared to get help from a psychiatrist man
