Being suspended is suppose to teach you a lesson but in my eyes it's giving you time of school so people carry on doing

In some circumstances like self defense and a few other things make it stupid, but if someone is smoking in a school bathroom for example are you really not gonna do anything about it

i wasn't the best kid in school or worst, but when i got suspended once i never got in trouble again. works on some people.
it's better to have things like suspension in place then let kids do whatever they want.

II remember a friend of mine was defending his brother due to a bully, of course my friend was bunched and his eye was really badly swollen, the kid was suspended for 2 or 3 days? but it was a Friday and he was suspended through the weekend which means he either came back on that Monday or Tuesday, I find this stupid considering you're off over the weekend so why do those days count...

Most places do in session days, thats very odd it was done like that

I can't stress how true this is. But as for the self defense part, i've seen it happen several times.

Take a kid who got on a fight at his house. note this (his) house. In self defense on (his well his parents) property, and got a school suspension? "endangerment of multiple children" but in what sense did the school have the right to suspend the child who was defending himself nearly 10 miles away from campus?

Not all suspensions make sense nowadays. But you do have a good point but it isn't expressed as often as it used to be. It does happen, but not nearly as much as 5-10 years ago.

Are you just mad you got a suspension? I got a handful when I was in school, at the time I thought they were dumb, but now that I look back I was just being dumb.

Some of the dumb shit I got suspended for it unreal
Once got for suspended for running into the library screaming the bees are coming
For starting a food fight
For bringing a slingshot to school
And for slapping a friend as a joke

In all it really doesent matter, it happens to most people.
