Can some help me i tried to reset my pc to remove all my old files and shit when i tried to that i got an error i tried doing it from a usb and it Failed now when i try boot my pc up it says no OS has been found

What did you delete? lmfao. Sounds like you literally deleted the boot manager. or the entire OS either or.
