Ok so me and my gf were looking to buy some retro consoles but i have no way of displaying these. I have no more tube TVs or anything with a RCA jack on it. Is there a conversion to make and RCA to and HDMI ive tried just google searching it but with what comes up I dont know if thats what im looking for. Some of the consoles we wanted to grab are a gamecube n64 and maybe a sega saturn and genesis. Or would maybe an emulator be best is there a superb emulator that would work better than the real deal?

I think you should try out an emulator first. It is nice to have every game that ever came out on that console in one ROM folder. Man if you did find and original GameCube or Genesis, what condition would they be in? I know a few people who have bought used Gamecubes and the laser was messed up and it didn't read any disc.

a laser fix is probably the easiest one to make though my friend i use to refresh xbox 360s and remove RROD errors and i have reballed a few. But what would be a good emulator and would me and her be able to play 2 player.

You are going from retro to HDMI right?

if so..

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] seems to be more along the line, and it looks like a USB mini B for power

You might be able to fix a laser but what about a disc that is 15+ years old? I bet there is no used disc out there that is in perfect condition. I just download the EMU and getting some ROMs now so I'll tell you how the 2 player mode works.

Just but an old CRT TV. You will definitely be able to find one cheap, though they're kind of a bitch to find these days. Old consoles are going to look like shit on a new monitor anyway, even when you do get it to work.
