Just sleep. I'm currently sick and I slept for 21 hours on the 25th (was up for 29 though). That's the best thing in my opinion to do, I'm getting over a cold too and I don't take any medicine. I just sleep and drink water. I'm usually over it in a couple days.

Lemsip has caffiene too,i bought loads of it took loads,cold wouldnt shift,went doctor and was told about the caffiene,was advised to steam under towell and hot water,had to work tho,took night nurse and it enabled me to

A nice hot bath or shower, rest and alot of tissue's, if your nose is blocked you can get this mint stuff where it gets rid of it for like half an hour, I don't know what it is called.

If you are sick of the Running nose, I don't suggest it but you can sniff pepper and sneeze it out, if you do, do this your nose will burn like f**k
