I understand what you're saying where as some modders can totally ruin a gaming experience if their dicks. But WaW is a game that has been getting modded since 2009, I remember the first time seeing somebody flying around the map with noclip and godmode using the dpad binds. I thought it was the coolest thing ever lol.
