If i remember right theres a multiplayer sections and you can just search for games and it will put you in an open one, I got a VAC ban so i have to play on unofficial servers now.

EDIT: here is something that i found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] that you can try and see if it makes sense

How should you start playing CS:GO online?
Log into your steam account, launch the game and head right over to "Find game" if you want to play it on Valve's official servers. Now what's "Valve's official" servers? They are opened by Valve themselves and are highly secure in terms of anti-cheating policies or if you're familiar with the term "VAC" they stand for "Valve Anti Cheat" then yeah they're VAC secure(mind you, 'tards in the Twitch chat spam the term when they see an unbelievable insane play by a professional, just to make sure they're one in the herd). You can also make sure the server you want to connect to is VAC secure if you can spot the little shield at the left just before the name of the server which'll indicate that's its a secure server. So there are different game-modes that you can select right from deathmatch, arms-race, demolition, casual and competitive. All of them are online. I hope you are familiar with all these right? That's it. That's how you can play CS:GO online. You can also get some IP addresses from Gametracker depending upon your location and server preference etc. There are a lot of better servers than the ones operated by Valve. So I highly recommend you to explore the community server base.

Now, let me go to the second line in the description.
No. It's not really possible for three people to play from a single account at the same time. You need three different CS:GO steam accounts to make sure all three of you people can play online. This even stands true for family-sharing your account. Once you family share your account to your friends, you'll be disabled from accessing CS:GO on the computer you use.
