When I was off of work, I was in the habit of staying up late and was no problem,
But when I'm working and gotta wake up early I normally gotta have a monster energy or cup of coffee to stay up back when I worked nights I used caffeine pills.... what do you gotta do stay up if not in the habit of doing so..... ?

Its currently 6am for me and haven't slept and wont be until tonight as I have my kids today lol. I usually at this time have a cup of tea or coffee and then hopefully later on a few red bulls will make me feel okayish..I've been staying up until midday, sleep in until 9pm and then the same again so my sleeping pattern is a little messed at the moment lol.

Literally just force myself to stay awake, and always be active.

Everytime I close my eyes for like 5 seconds I fall right asleep when doing all nighters lol

i usually purposely take a power nap during the day so i can wake up later in the evening and stay up late no need for food or beverages or energy drinks pre work out none of that non sense why do that when you can do it naturally.

Well since my sleep schedule has been fcked since High School, it's just common for me to stay up late. I hate it though.
