Two of my friends bought modded accounts and and within a day of transferring them they were banned for a month and reset, so I say it's pretty high

I'm not sure about this it's just a theory but since there is a huge ban wave from transferring accounts to next gen maybe play on them on old gen until a few days before they actually close the transfer and transfer the account hopping it doesn't get banned but I'm not sure just a thought of avoiding getting banned maybe?

Not going to lie, I've sold a few and wouldn't recommend it now.

banning now is 50/50 if your gonna buy an account that is just created if your gonna buy an account you should check with the seller how long ago the account was made if its not atleast 2 weeks old i wouldnt recommend buying it however if you floow the tips below you should be fine however its not 100% guaranteed to not get banned.

#1: Unlink Social Club - Rockstar uses Social Club to ban from the online servers. Usually you'll only need to unlink during ban waves.

#2: Don't transfer huge sums of money via the bank - Personally, I don't see a need to even move money out of your bank. Rockstar has an Anti-Cheat system built in, so if you transfer more then a few million $$$$$, Your account will get flagged for review.

#3: DO NOT BRAG ABOUT HAVING A MODDED ACCOUNT - Self explanatory.

#4: Don't spend all your money right away - spend it in a timely manner and dont spen to much too often.

#5: STATS!!! - If you are gonna spend a bunch of money on your modded account, the most important thing is your stats. Have legitimate stats. I hate seeing people spend $50+ on a modded account with a (I.e) 9999999.8KD.

Hey man, out of 4 modded accounts I had bought from one of the stickies and transferred through to xb1, all of them got banned and reset, no matter how much money u spend a day wether it's 500k or 3m It's inevitable that your account will most likely get banned/reset. And I tried to unlink to social club, it just completely unlinks your account from the Xbox making u start a new one.

well what i said isnt making it 100% unbannable its just some tips to avoid bans and on those accounts what was the creation date if they werent atleast 2 weeks old i guarantee you thats why.
