Info About This Program.
I will leave a link down below for the download, Once you download this software you should be able o just drag and drop video clips, Animations and any other moving image, But im not sure about GIF's but you can give that a try. You might justt have to change the format. There will also be a down load but down below to download more animations/videos, The suprising part about this is it really doesnt make your PC lag at all.
When Installing
When installing this program you should just be able to click "Next" but there may be other things you it suggests you download, Now i suggest you dont down load them because they are just ads for things like Anti-Viruses which in the end can be anoying because you will end up with a bunch of pop-ups, But its completely up to you how you install it.
Where Can You Find More Animations
As we all know there are websites like Deviant art that provide more animations so im sure if you go to Deviant art or any other website like Deviant art and look around you will fund animations/videos to download, But not all the vudeos you find are compatible with this program, And plus the program should have an option to go download some animations. Also be carefull with what you download because some animations or videos could have viruses and im pretty sure no one wants a virus.

I can see this potentially impacting performance on small-mid budget PC builds, but I'm inexperienced with this so who knows?

It'll run off of the CPU likely for desktop changes, so they should be fine with a decent clocked dual core at that
