my question is will it run games 60fps+ idc that im using shitty stuff and the hdd 7200 speedsi just copy and pasted wrong one

No? It depends on what games you're playing and at what resolution. Its not capable of maxing AAA titles at 1080p but you'll be able to play at 1080p with it comfortably, assuming you actually have compatible components. However it doesn't really make sense to buy since you could get better for the budget.

If you've already got the system, you can just play the games and find out.. Also it doesn't really matter if it can't considering you've already purchased it.
