can someone please help me find the cheapest laptop i could buy that would be compatible with the elgato hd60 pro? here are the "minimum system requirements"

ive learned a little bit about os's but im not super familiar with computers and im scared to but somthing that ends up not being compatible.
im not trying to get a laptop that can run video games.

roughly what is your price range? also are you looking to stream or just record gameplay?

I don't think you'll be able to stream with that low of a price. But recording yes.

i didnt think i needed a good computer at all to stream if im streaming a console game... if i have good enough internet and the capture card, how does it matter how good my pc is? or is that kinda not explainable...

I mean you might be able to stream, but it might not be the best quality/FPS

The HD60 Pro runs off of a PCI-Express slot through your motherboard, it's physically impossible to use this with a laptop.

yeah but i still dont understaaand lololol. i dont understand my pc having literally anything to do with it if the pc is fully conpatible.
the elgato says the elgato itself is what produces the stream with the option of streaming in up to 1080p 60 fps.
(i think) that my internet is the only thing that determines what video quality stream id have to choose since im streaming a console game.
but im not confident in my own thoughts. ): lol

okay now that comppletely lines up because when i watched a youtube video about the cap card a minute ago, it showed people plugging in the elgato into their motherboard to install the elgato software ):

thing is, with me needing a desktop, i need a monitor. so i would need the destop to be 220 or under ):
