Can anyone tell me any good cydia sources & tweaks that are useful and work for iPhone 6s Plus iOS 10.2. Thanks

Most tweaks from iOS 9 still work perfect. I haven't had an issue with running my favourite tweaks. Here's a few of my personal favourites:

Snapchat + - Adds lots of good features
Phantom (for SC) - Also adds lots of good stuff
Winterboard - To tweak the theme
Cuttlefish - Makes the home screen blurs more colourful
Evanesco - Adds nice transitions, blurs, etc
f.lux - Fiddle with screen colour temperature
iCleaner Pro - The same as the Windows Version
iFile - Browsing files
NoSlowAnimations (I think its still called that) - Allows you to change transition speeds
AppAdmin - Downgrade apps
IconBundles - Needed for most themes
BatteryLife - More indetail battery overview
