I'm trying to snipe MOTM Son and every time I now search on the market it says 'There was a problem communicating with the FIFA ultimate team servers. Please try again later'

Anyone know how to sort this? +rep

I think ive seen it before. If you search for snipes when you move the prices up alot and rapidly then they sometimes ban you from searching for 30mins to an hour. Im not sure thats the issue in your case but its happened to me before and ive heard youtubers talking about it.
