Not sure about monitors but i recently got this great L shaped Desk which id recomend as it fits great in my room took 2 people to set up but didnt take too long.

normally the best monitors for gaming are anywhere from 19"-24" the most common one is 21". Try amazon, normally i can find good monitors for a good price

Any monitor with a 1ms would be ideal, if you are that serious about frame latency.

are you console gaming or pc gaming to me theres no sense in pc monitors for consoles, but if you look around amazon and other sites you can find good ones ill link you one i used which was good ill edit this when i find the monitor in a little bit, found it this monitor was alright i liked it, it should be one ms
