I'm a wrestler and I partake in MMA. Obviously my advice will differ in terms of other people. Im not going to write out an essay or anything but ill throw in a few tips. So first thing is the first 10 or so pounds is just water weight. Don't get yourself hyped up because you thought losing weight was that easy. Sorry to be mean and blunt. Personally for me, fast, and intensive makes me lose calories much quicker. For each person, working out is different and everyones workout should differentiate. My biggest suggestion would be taking a friend, family member, and or a mentor with you. The motivation behind losing weight is much needed, and to know someone is willing to help makes it 10x easier. Eating is a big thing and eating healthy foods doesn't mean you'll lose weight quicker. You need to eat low intakes throughout the entire day. My last advice is to eat after you workout, don't starve yourself no matter what it will be hell for you then. Eating before can cause some problems, get a good sweat in for your workout and eat a decent portion after. A nice golden tip also, eat until you dont feel hungry, don't eat until you're full.

Sorry if im not helpful, but as a wrestler i feel like i know what im saying in a sense.

wow so many noobs on here. its crazy, ice been training for 3 years, I'm a personal trainer now, I'm 90kg and 10%bf, not trying to brag or anything just saying I'm not just making stuff up.

anyway you want to lose weight, you can do weights if you want, you will build muscle, but just know that muscle weighs more then fat so don't always believe the scales and think "dammm I've put on weight"

the best cardio, is hiit. look that up, for example
30 second sprint - 30 second rest
10x

3 times a week and you will lose weight, aslong as you have a good diet.

your diet has to be clean, you need a low carb high protein diet, and make sure you have about 50g of healthy fats in there. you will find a diet on the internet easy..

1 cheat meal a week, i usually like to do it sunday night, make sure its only 1 meal. for example go out for dinner and smash a big burger and chips, and then go and get some ice cream or something, anyways hope i helped, cheers

Losing weight is easy just got to put your min to eat. Diet is the best way to lose weight and only drink water, no sodas. Now, if you have a good diet do cardio for 16-30 minutes first thing in the morning.
