Looking for a mini itx build due to getting a second home and want to conserve space! Looking to spend around 1000$. I do not need hard drives or peripherals. Doesnt need to be 4k due to not having a 4k monitor! Computer will be mainly used for gaming and some streaming\video editing/gfx/ and CAD. But mostly for gaming!

Thank you in advance, Also I am in the US

Hi ive just edited what 13 posted to reflect what you said. You have enough money to fit in a 1070 into the build because you do not need a ssd or power supply.

What PSU do you have. It might not be worth re-using. RX 480 is better than the GTX 1060, and the GTX 1070 is not necessary. The 7600k is slightly newer and slightly faster than the 6600k. As for the SSD, get the 250GB 960 EVO. It'll be handy for workloads and what not. Also if you haven't got any other SSD for the system, it's pretty much necessary so you can install your OS on it.

Yeah, 7600k and RX 480 will be more than adequate for 1080p. If you're using a 1440p monitor, you could maybe drop the 960 EVO and use the extra $130 to get a GTX 1070 instead of the RX 480. However if you're not using at least a 1440p monitor, GTX 1070 isn't worth it. Also, the 960 EVO is an NVMe drive so it's incredibly fast, definitely still worth getting the 960 EVO with the system.
