I agree with what he said, wait for 13.

But if you would like, my build I made a few days ago is around that price without the OS and keyboard and desk and all that stuff so it would total around 2400-2500.

Here is a build i made for you coming from another list with some altercations. There is cost you can cut down on a bit like the fans (they have white leds)
I have included a top of the range monitor from Dell 165hz 1440p. And a IPS Asus monitor to monitor your stream on etc...
Top of the line keyboard and mouse imo and enough SSD space to hold your OS and a game on.

EDIT: Here is a build with well enough SSD space to store most if not all of your games onto. But you have to sacrifice the 165hz 1440p Dell monitor for a cheaper Asus 144hz monitor and a 1080 for a 1070.

What games will you be streaming at what fps, settings and resolution?

And for monitors I presume you want 2 + for streaming. Any preferred sizes?

You can save around $80 by getting a windows key from somewhere and IMO spending $90 for a CPU fan isn't worth it, just spend the extra money for a liquid cooler, especially if you have such a sexy side panel.

Hi, i cant find a windows 10 key anywhere on sites like g2a and kinguin to make it worth it. They're on g2a now for over 100pounds(unless its OEM)... And i have been put off by AIO coolers cos they can leak even though it is very rarely i would not be willing to take that risk with my own build.
EDIT: OP can get a OEM version if he wishes but thats something that is up to him i would advise getting the retail version. Also i dont think i know any manufacturers that will refund you for the damaged components from a leaking AIO cooler, i know Corsair used to but i think they changed their conditions since they used to do that.
Kind regards

I wouldn't build anything if I had a $2.5k budget. Ryzen is less than 2 and a half months away. The 1080Ti should release around the same time and Vega isn't far off either. Skylake/Kaby Lake CPU could be fine, so it might not be worth just waiting for Ryzen but it's not worth building a high end system right now since new GPUs are so close and I can guarantee a 1080Ti or Vega equivalent is what you want for this budget.
