Going in a 4321 and need a hold up player.
Aduriz has better og stats, but might be too sluggish.

Aduriz is a bit tanky but makes up for it with his physical stats. Amazing finisher!

I haven't tried TOTGS Aduriz, but I had IF Kane untradeable and he really wasn't great, think it was his work rates more than anything. He just loved to sit back, almost like a CAM / CF. He was pretty decent for hold up play, you might enjoy him if you tried him, but I really didn't like his positioning at all.
Purely based on that, I'd say try Aduriz. But it could be worth trying out both, and seeing which you prefer honestly. They both have a few significant pros and cons when it comes to base stats.

I have used inform Kane, and I can would say he has been nothing but great for me. Luckily enough, I got him in a pack, otherwise I probably wouldn't have considered him.
Felt nice to play with in my BPL team, after a while I did sell him, but not because he was bad, but just because I went with a cheaper striker.
As @DeeJay- said, after his last performance, he may well get a new inform card.

IF Kane hasn't got much change from his non-IF but on the other hand I haven't used Aduriz. From looking at his stats he looks outrageous!
