Everytime i click xbox live, it give me ther servers arent available message and cannot connect.

Might sound stupid. But do you have Xbox live gold? And not spoofing?
The reason i say this is because modders like myself need gold membership to be able to host online. Maybe the title update is wrong? Delete it and reinstall it.

yea, that worked, i deleted the title update and went back on and it reupdated and worked. thanks!
