I've tried majority formations and I have come to terms I suck. I'm absolutely rubbish at this game. I'm struggling to get out of division 7 lol. I've deleted and started again. What's the best formation for a rubbish player? Maybe 5atb? Let me know guys

If you're still losing 1-0 or 2-0, it sounds like your trouble is scoring.
What I find the most OP this year is the low driven shot where it goes in more or less 80% of the time. To do this just aim at the far corner of the keeper, and press O (or B on Xbox).
I used to hold O (or B on Xbox) until the bar was 3/4, then press B again whilst aiming at the far corner, but I feel like I have more success just pressing O (or B on Xbox) whilst still aiming at the bottom far corner.

Try better strikers maybe? I'd definitely use BA7ANCE's advice if you need to learn different types of shooting. Make sure your CAM has good shooting and passing stats in the 41212 and hopefully you'll be scoring in no time!
