Weird for the guy who usually helps out other people to ask this lol.
But the main issue before you go ahead and say clear cache reset ETC done that several times.
ISSUE:
Installs game just fine, discs work, but when you goto start the game digital, or hard copy. The full game will crash to the dashboard with a irking "brrrrr" audio failure sound.
Just need a quick answer if anything, bought this for my kids, mainly for the kinect but eh would've been off better finding one of my 360's from storage.
Anyways if it does turn out to be the HDD or anything internal I am just going to return and replace.

Hey that's what happened to me don't worry you are not the only one. It did this A couple times then it just stop and never did it again.

That was not really a answer. I've had this console for a month, been doing it virtually since the start.
So no waiting does not do anything. lol

Happened to me a couple of times, i told xbox support about it, and they refunded me the game, and told me to try and re-download it, something about traffic whilst the games release could corrupt your buy, try asking them about it.
Same thing was happening to my gow4 when i bought it first day, after that it's been fine, also it may just be one of the apps that are on the console that's messing with it, you said you cleared you cache but did you try factory restoring it? and then downloading just the games and no apps?

I said it towards the top, that I did. Works fine on a different console :/

Weird, sounds like an OS bug. Kinda acts like your profile didn't purchase it or something. Can you try deleting your profile and re-downloading it? If that doesn't work you pretty well tried everything. Next thing after that would be to try a factory reset on the console.

Already did everything here, still have a warranty so I'm just shipping it out tonight -.-
Doesn't surprise me with consoles to have a general error like this.
