Could get an 8GB RX 480 for an extra $45-50 if you wanted, but the 4GB would be more than fine since you're not even using 1080p monitors. Definitely upgrade your monitors after this upgrade. I wouldn't even upgrade to 1080p, I'd go either 1440p or ultrawide with a 2560x1080 monitor.

I'd be grabbing the SSD asap btw. Theyve already started to shoot up in price. Just a month ago you could get a 480GB SSD for $90-95, now 240GB SSDs have come up from close to $50 to $70+. Grab the SSD while you can, before they skyrocket even more in price. Also, you could spend a little bit more for a gold rated or modular PSU if you want. The Seasonic unit I suggested is great quality though so if you want to keep the price down, it's a great option.

based on this build and what I've seen commented above, I'd upgrade your GPU and your PSU. Should be easy to get a 1060/1070 and a good tier 1 power supply with that budget. At 1600x900 I'd say go with the 1060, and use the extra money saved to get a case if your current one isn't meeting your expectations.
