Hi guys my friend has GTA 5 on his Xbox One and never had it on the 360 and also never transferred, Me and him were wondering if he were to get GTA 5 on the 360 and get some money, Would he be able to transfer it to the Xbox one?

No he can't transfer money from one to 360 if he made the character on the one he can't he'll have to make a new one but transfer because the character has to 20 to 30 days old
