So I want to have my account modded so I can have more money in gta. I already transferred my account from 360 to ps4, but I do have a second character that is over a month old.. Can I get my second character modded?

If you have a xbox live profile and u have transfered from 360 or ps3 to xbox one or ps4 you Cannot Transfer again.

unless its on another xbox live profile

Yea you can only transfer your character once from Xbox360/PS3 to xbox1/PS4
