Just seen this post on my local Craigslist and I wanna know if it's worth it. It's a pretty cheap pc and I'd just like to know what I should offer the guy, what games the pc could play, and what kind of power its making. Thanks in advanced, helpful answers will get rep. It's not much but it's something! Also if this is complete trash and not worth the money let me know!

There are better PC's for $350. Not sure what GPU that is. Probably not a great one. In answer to your question:

Ask him what GPU he has, the CPU has integrated graphics but if I'm correct it has an additional GPU. I'm expecting the answer to be something like a 7750. In that case, offer him around $250 I'd say. If he accepts great, from there I'd recommend adding another 8gb of RAM and a better GPU along with a bigger SSD. It won't run games great, it should be fine for games like Minecraft though. Running at no more than 60 fps I'd say. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The GPU is listed. Its an HD7850. Similar performance to an R7 260x or R7 360, so probably not even an entry level GPU anymore tbh.

Not sure why you think it's an APU? No evidence to support this that I can see? There are no APUs that come at a stock speed of 4.2GHz so unless it's overclocked, it's not an APU. Could be an FX-4350 or something, that's what I'm thinking since its the stock cooler on there, so unlikely it's an overclocked APU IMO.
