There is a 30 day wait when accounts are made and modded, this user has waited past the 30 days and his account still can't be transferred. I am trying to help him resolve it right now.

Incorrect, I transferred a character with 1 billion last month and only had about 20 mins playtime

Your wrong about needing 12 hours total play time. Thats false... also you can transfer above rank 200 I just transferred a rank 490 with 480 mill..... And your wrong about less then 250m.

All that is required is 30 day old character and under 500million and under rank 500 to be safe..

ah well, thats what i've always advised, and followedby.. but fair enough, there is alot of diffrent specualtion in regards to wat works and doesnt, but i followed my previous comment, and it worked so my appologies or being incorrect.


& also this guy should have no problem then. transfering if u look at his stats etc< explain to him then, how u managed to do this etc.

yeah I've transferred 50+ accounts using the stats I said.. so if he's having an issue some of the info he provided must be wrong

Also it's possible rockstar blocked his account from transferring if he tried transferring the account right away which it seems like he did.
