This isn't much of a rant but wasn't sure where to post this but does anyone feel stuff like Christmas just doesn't feel the same when you've got past 16? I'm 18 now and haven't had the Christmas feel since I was like 15 and I feel less Christmas-sy every year. Other than stuff like this where I just feel like a miserable sod, I love growing up. Get to earn money and I can spend it on anything I want, where I want because I'm 18.

I know what you mean and this was my first year buying gifts for all my family members and it felt great man.

Yes I feel you I liked it when I was young got pretty !much spoiled alot,now next year hopefully I am sussed with a job

Something I've grown to know about Christmas over the last couple years is it isn't about what you buy or what you spend. You could spend $5000 on something and have someone like it or you could spend $15 and make something and have that person love it.
Christmas is about being with your family and friends, it's not about the gifts!

I agree , growing up really sucks. It's something thats been on my mind alot lately. I miss the days i would come home from school and play pokemon with my friends on the gameboy advance. That was when i was around 6 years old. I am now 18, times flies and it really sucks.

Christmas as an adult isnt the same cuz we be broke by New Years

Yeah I agree with you, Xmas is like any other day of the month to me apart from getting gifts on that day. I do enjoy the food though, we can't ague with that?

I love christmas more than when I was younger now. I'm 21 and live away from home and don't see family anywhere near as much as i want so it's great to see all the family faces and get absolutely gascoine'd with them. Perspective will change pal, you'll get the festive feels for different reasons soon
