So pretty much im signing in on a new PC. Its sending a code to an email i dont have access to, is there a way i can bypass this? the username and password are correct. its just asking for a code that i cannot get

For future reference you should setup the Steam Authentication on your mobile or even a tablet, that way it will send the code to the Steam app on that device. Good luck getting in to your account.
